Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is post operative status of the gall bladder wit common bile duct stent.
2.Pancreatic duct is seen dilated due to the distal obstruction caused by the calculus.
3.Proximal common bile duct and the common hepatic duct seen dilated due to the obstruction.
4.Rest of the findings appears to be normal and with in limits.
5.In this case it is recommended to have ERCP with removal of the calculus - or depending on the condition operative procedure.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
